Building up the foundation
The concrete slab is prepared and ready for the block-work.
First Fix Complete
With all the first fix electrical and plumbing complete the whole house is boarded.
Timber Frame
The new timber frame for plot 9 is built in situ. The stick build will take about 5 weeks and will include easi-joists and attic trusses.
Foundations
Plot 35 & 35a foundations are laid and prepared for timber frame. After excavation a stone bed is levelled and rolled into the ground. Steel mesh sheets are tied in place on top of a polythene membrane. Wooden shutters are constructed to hold the concrete in shape while being pumped into the new footing.

The new executive home is set on a raft foundation designed and prepared to take a timber frame structure.
